Every time I create a new Visual Project, I get a "Short Cut already Exists" error. What is causing this?

also, how can I shut this off. I do not want to send errors to you each time I get an error.  This is becoming quite the nuisance as of lately

I had that problem when I first started with SMS however, at the time I just reported it and  upgraded to a newer version. . Other's have reported it as well. Here's an example

Do as suggested in the other post: delete the "keyboard_shortcuts.xml" file and try again.

(Or edit it and remove the duplicates).

Thanks, that seemed to work.......but I have never user keyboard_shortcuts so i do not know why this would have happened all of a sudden

Turns out, if i run SMS, open the IDE Settings dialog box and close it, it creates the keyboardshortcuts file regardless if i make changes or not. This holds true for presets too. It creates a empty presents file.
